On a lazy hot day, I passed these frogs hanging out just off the viewing platform. There was nothing much about, a few ducks, a few dragonflies and these two. We went on our way and on our return the frogs had barely moved, waiting it seemed for lunch to show up.

They have such intriguing expressions. I almost expect the first one to start telling a story.
Lovely shots. The small details of nature are just as fascinating as the big creatures.

Great images, Belinda, of these two in their green environment! I really like the first one tucked in with the vegetation.

I like these green frogs…. in our place frogs are slowly vanishing due to damage of natural habitats!

The top one almost looks like a yard statue or fixture. Great eye spotting these!

There was a cove at the lake where we would find frogs by the dozens. After a recent wind storm the area is blocked by fallen trees so I’ve had to get good at frog “spotting” elsewhere😏

Love a good rhyming title!
And that first frog blended in so well with his surroundings that he startled me when I found it in the pic!
