PRETTY IN PINK (AND WHITE) – TWO PHOTOGRAPHS

Trilliums appear in our woods in spring and have a relatively long growing season, blooming through April and May. It’s another species that is supposed to be quite common yet I haven’t seen them that often. On this occasion they were dotted along the pathway, ours to enjoy.

Gorgeous! Before you know it, they’ll be popping up alongside that roadway again. 🙂

Those are beautiful. I rarely see them while on the trail, but oh, it’s a treat when I do!

So pretty – can’t wait until it is spring again. Can’t we just skip winter?

Pink, white or red, it is a beautiful flower and you honoured it well with these 2 photographs. Is this the flower of the province Ontario?

They look nice in pink too. I think I’ve seen mostly the white ones.
