    Being here in NZ in autumn, I’m always thinking about the northern spring, and I miss our peonies. And yes, the ants just love them. Thanks for the reminder!

    I watched a gardening programme just last week which featured peonies which made mention of the ants feeding on the nectar. Fantastice detail of the ant and the bud, Belinda!
