I pass by this spot quite often but I like it best in fall when the ivy turns colour and the trees cast long shadows.

Very nice texture and colors, Belinda. Boston ivy is the Asian cousin to our Virginia creeper, they really shine in the fall.

This is such an interesting picture: not only is it attractive, but it seems to indicate the sunny section changes colour before the leaves that are more shaded.

Thank you, Anne. It appears that way but the colour change has more to do with shorter, cooler days and less sunlight.
