Yesterday morning was the best birdy day I’ve had in awhile. 6 American Dippers, a Great Horned Owl, 5 Norther Flickers…one was a Hybrid, and a Hermit Thrush, plus 3-4 Downy Woodpeckers those were just the best sightings of the morning. The lighting wasn’t good as it was gloomy and gray so my images are going to need work, but still a great morning. Wish you were there too!

Yes, just the tiniest little red feather showing. Sweet little birds (until the young ones’ loud calling from the nest drives you crazy).
