Although the Canada Geese have not begun to migrate south we’re seeing them flying overhead a lot more lately. There’s still plenty for them to eat so they’ll be here for a while yet.
A beautiful photo, Belinda, I will be seeing and hearing the Canada geese down here soon. They seem to like the Mojave Desert! There are man-made lakes nearby and of course our huge Lake Mead several miles east of Las Vegas.
Yes, and the sound of them passing over if they are low enough, I can hear the air passing around the body and over/under the wings. It reminds me of passenger airliners passing over me when photographing them at our McCarran International. Flight is fabulous!
