On a recent walk we heard a few frogs calling out but couldn’t see any. Finally one swam into view, this handsome leopard frog.

For some reason, a family of them found their home in our backyard, which I’m not really fond of.. lol.. But they are so handsome!!!

Good catch ! We have frogs, many frogs, we go to southern swamps. And yet I bet you see more than we do 😳. They seem to see motion and ‘disappear’.

The smaller ones jump if they see a shadow. This variety less so. Thank you 😊
