The roadsides in summer turn into landscapes. Chicory and daisies are adaptable and seems to grow wherever there’s a bit of earth. Chicory has become naturalized in North America, brought over by early European settlers.
Lovely meadow view, Belinda. 🤩 Many naturalized plants are from elsewhere– like chicory, daisies and Queen Anne’s lace. Not that I mind! Esp. chicory, a true blue, not common in the floral world.
