    Agreed. They also provide nice contrast targets for my camera’s autofocus.

    We have very few of them here this summer. Usually we have a lot more. Well, the chestnut-backed chickadee is what we usually have, but not this year. I worry about what’s happening to our birds. Nice to see that you still have plenty.
