I wanted to combine my love of the outdoors with the challenge of photography and record the “stops along the way”. With a camera in hand you tend to look at the world differently; light, shadow, framing can make the common extraordinary. My camera is a Nikon 7200. My lenses are Nikon’s 70-200mm and 24-70 mm and a Sigma 105 mm. I use the 105 with a flash and softbox for close-up photography. I continue to learn new ways to use my camera and lenses and to edit in Lightroom and Photoshop. I invite you to come along!
