We have quite a few Community Gardens in the city. I saw these flowers growing next to a vegetable patch. Their bold colours caught the sun rather nicely.

Those colours jump out at me in a good way. They feel like the best part of summer (without drought or heat waves).

They are so vibrant. Although I took the photos in July the colours are quite fall-like.
