Queen Ann’s Lace sure is a plant that keeps on giving to the photographer. Very nice, Belinda.

There is such variety in the way plants develop seeds. It would make an interesting series of posts. We tend to overlook plants that have gone to seed, I think.

I always keep an eye on QA’s Lace and Milkweed at this time of year. It would make a great series.

Yes, I think it would. You’ve got my wheels turning to pay more attention to seed heads now.

Nice background, too. I love that these ‘starry snowflakes’ persist thru winter for our enjoyment.

I too enjoy the final structure of leaves and seeds as revealed when that is all that is left of a plant.

I never miss an opportunity to seek them out on a walk and photograph them.
