I love those dazzling sunrises/sets… the gray, not so much. 😉 But I am enjoying the brisk walks and coming inside to a cup of tea and some good reading. Winter downtime is pretty nice! 😀
That was a beautiful beginning to the day. What book are you reading? I received one from a friend for Christmas I started reading it the other day. It’s a slow starter but, I hope it picks up. It’s called Our Kind of People by Carol Wallace. One of the little PR blurbs on the cover says, ” Among New York City’s Gilded Age elite, one family will defy convention.” We both loved the T.V. series The Gilded Age so she thought we like this book too. I’m on Chapter 6. I hope it picks up!

Wow! That sunrise is stunning, Belinda. A gorgeous photo. 😊The milky sun that arrived later is so common in winter. Cheers.,

At least you got the fiery sun. We had the second photo all day. But yes, it’s time for walks, hot tea, and books, and maybe a bit of baking.

My library doesn’t have in my branch I’ll have to dig out my card and put a request in. I love a good British Murder Mystery. 😊
