Chipmunks are so cute. I wish we had them here (naturally). There might be the very odd, introduced one, but introducing species is rarely a good thing.
LOL! Lots of people have pear trees here. Actually, I have two of them but one doesn’t produce much (yet). When we lived farther north, fruit trees couldn’t survive the winters, but here on the coast or even in the lower half of the BC mainland, fruit trees do fine. We sure have a variety of climates across Canada.

Apparently they are, but we don’t see them much. I haven’t seen one here – ever – but they are in the interior.
