    This is Pilosella aurantiaca? We call it fox and cubs over here 🙂 Very pretty flower although it’s not native here either. It was reputedly introduced in the 17th century from central Europe.

    A weed is simply a plant growing in the wrong place. I have seen pictures of these hawkweeds growing en masse and they look very attractive.
