STOPS ALONG THE WAY

NEIGHBOURHOOD SCENES (TWO PHOTOGRAPHS)

Like many large cities, it’s the small neighbourhoods that make the city feel like home. At street level, past the glass and steel and high-rises. One such neighbourhood is a short distance from where I live. I like the mix of residential and commercial properties, often side by side. A little gritty, a little eclectic. A pleasure to walk in and always something to photograph.

  2. I also like the reflections. Gives the window a kind of double dimension.

  3. Great scenes caught here! There is nothing like walking around town with no expectations. I have neglected Charleston this month you gave me a little push to walk around town soon.

Winter is here so I best do it now… oh wait, is that you laughing at my concept of winter LOL

love the street art and it is something i really like about san francisco. though in away it is kind of graffiti, but in a pleasing way.
