With a frost advisory on the way tonight I thought it was time for another look at some late summer flowers. These were taken mid-September; the first in a field, the second in a neighbourhood garden.

Yes, Daisy family of flowers. Asteraceae or Compositae 🙂

How I will miss these beauties! It is always sad to say goodbye to the growing season. At least there is a photo archive to remind us. 🙂

We’ll miss these beauties soon. 🙂 I drove Marla, my wife, to her osteopedic surgeon up north, for a follow-up, and we saw tons of Goldenrod Wildflowers on the way.
