On a sunny day last July, we found a shady spot by the water to cool off. The air was hot and still and the scent of iris hung in the air. The snow might be falling outside right now but a scene like this reminds me that we’re headed in the right direction. 😊

I would imagine it’s hard to imagine you sat down here to cool off in the shade, as it is snowing outside. But what a great memory and photo, reminding you/us that spring is around the corner. Great photo and post, Belinda.

It is, it’s located in the city’s Arboretum. A place I can’t wait to return to!
