STOPS ALONG THE WAY

LAWN ART (TWO PHOTOGRAPHS)

I had to admire how a gardener turned an old tree stump into a thing of beauty.
I almost passed by the little statue in the second photo as it was quite hidden by all the vegetation. Its surroundings made it rather appealing.

  3. Nice takes, Belinda. I love it when gardeners create stump gardens, embracing the old, along with the new.

  5. How wonderful (although it was probably a practical decision too) to leave the stump in place, where it will provide nutrients and shelter for a long time still 🙂

  6. So natural, this spot in the garden.
