BEE BREAK

I’ve seen bees this motionless early in the day when it’s cool.  I took this photo mid morning so that wasn’t the cause. The bee looked to be in good condition, maybe it was just taking a break from collecting pollen.

  1. This bee looks like he’s trying not to slide off the flower. Pretty little ball of fuzz.

  2. Gorgeous shot, Belinda! Wow, such details, I don’t know if I’m more amazed by the legs/’feet’ or stunning wings! 😊

  3. A beautiful bee, nice capture… I’m hoping she was just resting, but also wondering if perhaps a crab spider may have her in its clutches from underneath? They hunt pollinators by hanging out in and around flowers.

  5. Lovely photo, maybe it was just budging on the other bees! At least carry a piece of paper – then you look buzzzzy 😉
