I caught these geese in a quiet moment. Canada Geese can be very elegant birds, especially when they’re not acting up or messing up. 😏

Yes, acting up or messing up – as a kid in Michigan I stepped in my fair share of goose poo along the lake shore. Gross! I saw a flock of them flying near my house two days ago!

In their defence, they are big birds 😊. They’ll remain here for a while yet until they head south for the winter.

They are big birds and sound so cool when they fly by. The wind passing around the body and over the wings is like standing on the approach path of jetliners here. Love it!
