While crossing the street the other day, I saw a blurred shape run by on the nearby sidewalk. Luckily for me the cottontail stopped for a minute on the grass and then quickly took off again.Β I managed to get these two photographs.
Such a sweet little moment. You caught him just in time before he dashed off again. The pause on the grass feels like a gift, and the second shot really shows his quick energy. Love the photos.
Quick draw there, Belinda! π Similarly, on our walk this afternoon, on the trail with the dog walking ahead, she passed a ‘frozen’ rabbit within feet of her, but it spooked when I came along, the view like your second photo. The dog was utterly clueless, ha!
