  1. They fly south and many stay. They don’t know what “snow bird” means. They have certainly figured out that Florida is a great place for food and procreation. They are becoming a burden as we don’t have Goose season to keep them thinned out, so why fly north ever again?!? Same as people. LOL! 🙂

  2. A Canada goose in Canada? And it’s single too! When I lived on the East Coast parks and business parks hired Geese chasers because there were so many of them. We have them in Colorado but not as many. Nice shot!

  3. The black. white, and gray/brown of the goose and the water are set off so nicely by the warm colours of the grasses. Great composition, and a fun surprise in the water (the goose’s head reflected).
