The temperature is getting a bit cooler, so city walks are becoming more comfortable. It’s beginning to look more like fall, the trees are berry laden and their leaves are no longer a vibrant green. I enjoy watching and photographing these changes.

Due to the drought and hot summer a lot of our trees have taken on this look, they call it a false autumn where trees drop their leaves to try and survive.

Time to turn, turn, turn to the next season. Officially only three weeks of summer left, but it is already “turning” into autumn. We’re having a cool, drizzly day and the fruit is falling off the trees. The leaves are next. But after this hot wildfire season, I think a lot of people are welcoming the cooler days.
